Quality

  • All our batteries are specifically designed to meet and even exceed original equipment specifications. This can be gleaned from the Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) and Reserve Capacity (RC) specification that the products carry.
  • Our batteries are subjected to various tests as recommended by different international battery standards and as required by the top automotive manufacturers. Among the tests we perform: Capacity Test, High Rate Discharge Test, Charge Acceptance , Endurance Test, Vibration Resistance, Terminal Strength
  • Our Philippine manufacturing facilities are accredited by international standards. Our battery manufacturing plant has earned the ISO 9001-2000 certification for the establishment and application of quality management policies for design and manufacture of lead acid batteries. On top of this, our Mould and Machine Fabrication Plant is also ISO 9001 certified, our Lead Recycling Plant is ISO 14001 certified. All Australian products are also tested by the plant to meet the Australian Standard AS2149.
  • Aside from this, our battery manufacturing plant has been awarded with the TS16949 certification. This is a systems certification that means that our product development system is considered to be more than capable to meet worldwide standards.

Warranty DEALER Provisions

  • The SuperCharge warranty period may be determined from the date code embedded in the casing. As soon as we find that a battery is defective within its specified warranty period due to faulty manufacturing or materials, we will replace it with the equivalent unit free of charge.
  • Warranties will be void if the battery has been subjected to overcharging, abuse, faulty vehicle charging system, neglect, tampering of markings, and for conventional batteries: failure to maintain acid levels, liquid topping other than distilled water, broken or removed vent plugs. Installing a battery with lower capacity than the original equipment specification likewise voids the warranty.
  • SuperCharge duly inspects and investigates special battery claims, especially cases of product liability. The company is properly insured throughout Australia and is adequately covered for legal liabilities arising from occurrences resulting in personal injury or property damage.
